Cin7 charges by the seat. This build does not — a seventh and eighth user cost nothing, so hiring never has a software bill attached to it.
Software this replaces
Mapped from the software map Tony sent on 28 July.
| Xero Accounting | Claims post as sales invoices against 200 SALES. Purchase orders post against 310 COGS including transport, and reconcile against the supplier's inbound invoice. You keep raising and chasing money exactly where you do today. | Keep | connected |
| Cin7 Omni Inventory ERP | Replaced by this platform. Quoting, product catalogue, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery dockets and reporting all move across. Six seats at $1,500/month stop. | $1,500/mo | retiring |
| Smartsheet Project tracking & QA | Replaced by the Projects module — stages, milestones, QA checkpoints, site delivery scheduling and documents against the project. | $79/mo | retiring |
| Excel tender formats Quoting workaround | Replaced by the Tender output format. Same quote, different render — no re-keying into a spreadsheet. | Manual | retiring |
| PowerPoint presentations Sales presentation | Replaced by the Presentation output format — large in-situ imagery straight off the quote, no rebuilding the deck. | Manual | retiring |
| healthcraft.com.au WordPress catalogue | Stays as-is. Phase 2 can feed the product catalogue from this platform so the website and the quoting catalogue never drift apart. | Keep | roadmap |
Deliberately not built
Tony, 27 July: "It's more complex than it needs to be and designed for inventory businesses. It has functionality we pay for but don't use." None of the following exists anywhere in this system, because Healthcraft hold no stock and never will.

After that the software is Healthcraft's, outright, with no per-user fee as the team grows. Excel and PowerPoint stay on the desks; they just stop being part of quoting.
Display
The sidebar, icon rail and top bar all switch from the account menu at the bottom left. The choice sticks per person and per browser.
Reset the demo
Puts everything back to how it started: any orders, purchase orders and claims raised during the walkthrough are cleared, and every pricing edit is rolled back. Useful for running it twice.
